A developer who actually finishes the project.

I'm Ephraim — a freelance web developer based in Laguna, Philippines. I've spent the last three years building custom systems for small businesses, schools, and startups. My everyday stack is Laravel + Vue for custom web apps and e-commerce.

I care about three things: shipping on time, writing software people can actually use, and being easy to communicate with. No black-box agency BS — you talk directly to the person building your project.

How we'll work together.

  1. 01

    Chat

    Day 0 · Free

Free 15-minute call or WhatsApp. You describe the problem; I ask the questions that matter. No pressure, no pitch.

  2. 02

    Plan & quote

    Within 24 hours

I send a written scope, timeline, and fixed price. You'll know exactly what's included before any work starts — no surprise charges later.

  3. 03

    Build

    2 – 6 weeks typical

I work in milestones, usually 2–4. You see progress every few days on a staging link — not at the end. Async updates by WhatsApp or email.

  4. 04

    Review & refine

    Iterate together

You test on staging. We iterate until it's right. Revisions inside the agreed scope are part of the deal — not extras.

  5. 05

    Launch & support

    30 days free fixes

I deploy to your hosting, hand over credentials and docs, and stay available for 30 days of free fixes. Optional retainer after that.

Common questions.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects ship in 2–6 weeks. Landing sites and CMS builds are usually 1–2 weeks; custom Laravel + Vue apps and MIS systems run 4–8 weeks. I commit to a fixed timeline before any code is written.
How do you handle payments?
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Projects longer than 8 weeks are split into 3–4 milestone payments. Payment is via GCash.
Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?
Yes — about a third of my projects are international. I’m in GMT+8 with comfortable overlap into Australia, Singapore, EU mornings, and US evenings. Async communication is the default.
Who owns the code after delivery?
You do. Full source code, full IP, no licensing fees, no vendor lock-in. On launch day I hand over the repository, deployment credentials, and a written handover doc.
What if I need changes after launch?
30 days of free fixes are baked into every project. After that, you can hire me ad-hoc per task or take a small monthly retainer — no pressure either way.
Can you take over a project someone else built?
Yes — takeover work is a normal part of what I do. I start with a short paid code audit so I can quote properly and flag any landmines before we commit to scope.
